Q.2 - How can I register in HotelGate ? Registration

The registration in HotelGate is very simple, just click on “SignUp” button on the home page and fill registration form, or you can easily register yourself with your social media account ( Facebook, Twitter & Google+ ).

Yes, All booking information and confirmation are being sent to you via e-mail and mobile SMS. When you've completed the process of booking, you will receive a notice on your email and your mobile will received an SMS. Please make sure the entered information is correct and active. Don’t worry!, your information stored safely and encrypted in our database, and will not be shared with any third party.

You can easily recover your password or / and agentname. Just click on Forgot Password? In login screen or contact our support team to help you out.

You can find the property's details, including location, telephone and address in the voucher you'll receive after confirm the reservation.

No, we do not charge any fees at all.

All the features that mentioned under the room type including all taxes - except the city tax - are included in the price and will be mentioned also in the booking confirmation.

HotelGate provides the best and the less available rates for the dates of your stay. It is not possible to have any further reductions on the price. however there are some hot deals for specific properties which you can select one of them.

This depends on the property and the room type. You can see if it is included by checking the text just below the board type.

Half Board, where the property provides only a breakfast and dinner meals. Full Board, where the host provides all three daily meals.

If you cancelled your reservation, the whole amount will be credited immediately in your balance if there is no cancellation fees as mentioned when you made the reservation. Moreover, you can ask to refund the amount to your credit cards if you want then the refund process will take more time based on your acquiring bank.

This usually depends on the property. but the standard is Check In Time : 04:00 PM & check out time: 12:00 PM, and you will find them on the property policies section at the bottom of the property page as well as in your confirmation email.

As soon as you have completed the booking process the confirmation page appears. This page shows all of your reservation details, including the booking voucher and your booking locator, so you can access your confirmation online. We also send you a confirmation email and SMS with all your booking information, and If you need any assistance, Feel free to contact our customer service.

Yes, By signing-in to your account you can check all old & upcoming bookings. Please, remember to check the property's cancellation policy before making any changes to your booking. Non-refundable rooms and other special deals can have a different cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy varies from room to room. Usually you can cancel or change your booking right up to 72 hours prior to arrival time. but it's always important to check property's policies , and whether they will charge a cancellation fee.

In the first page before confirming the booking and also you will find it in the voucher.

Once you have cancelled your reservation you should receive an email confirming the cancellation, please check your inbox. If you don't receive an email please feel free to contact us.

A double room has one double bed and a Twin room has two separate beds.

The number of bedrooms should be clearly stated in the room description. If the information is not there, or is unclear, feel free to contact us.

Every room has a different policy set by the property:

  • A non-refundable policy means that a fee will apply if you decide to cancel or make changes to, this fee is mentioned in the room conditions and in your Voucher.
  • Free cancellation means you can change or cancel your booking free of charge, if done within the time period set by the property. It is written in the room conditions and in your voucher.

All special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by HotelGate But we will forward your request to your preferred property upon receipt and keeping follow up them. so please double check with the property upon arrival.

Membership is free. It's very simple because It's an automated enrollment. All HotelGate customers will start collecting points automatically once they do their first property booking. No further action is required.

You can earn more points with every new property booking, for every 10 SAR you spent from your credit card, you'll get 1 point credited automatically in your points balance.

Redemption is very easy, once you had a sufficient amount of active points you will see a new payment method available at “checkout page” Select "Pay from my points" and enjoy your stay for free. In most cases each 10 Points will be redeemed as 1 SAR.

Your points will be converted & activated automatically after the day of check-out, in case you canceled your reservation, same points will be deducted from your Points balance.

It's easy to keep track of what you've earned and redeemed by checking your points records in your profile.

All points remain valid for one year since the booking check out date, once it got expired, it's not possible to be redeemed in any upcoming reservation.

Cashback is available for a wide range of selected properties around the world. If you select one of cashback properties, the mentioned cashback amount will be credited automatically under pending cashback balance. After the check-out date, the same amount will be converted into actual balance in your profile and you can use it for any upcoming property reservation.

No, Your cashback balance never expires, you can use it whenever you want on our website.
